Data Shapes - Dynamo - Push to Drafting view

Dear Network,
I am using Data Shapes package in dynamo for creating charts for my dynamo script. However when I try to push the data into drafting view following error occurs,

Does anyone has an idea to correct this?

Here is the screenshot of the script. I have given all the requried input,I guess. The grapgh is appearing correctly.

Well, data for charts are given by myself from an analysis.

Does the node MultipleInputForm work or is it null?
