In which package can you find the data remember node for Civil 3D 2022?

It’s in Generative Design. You’ll have to install Revit, then ensure you’re on the desired version of Generative for Revit, then add the path to the package location containing Generative Design to the Civil 3D package path configuration. Once those are in you should see Generative Design in the library. If memory serves the remember node would be one of two in that sub-menu.
