Cut Geometry selected by others

Hi!
My work involves creating structural components, specifically:
Steel columns embedded within concrete columns-SRC
Steel beams embedded within concrete beams-CES
After using Addins to Autojoin. Then objects of the same category have an unexpected join order.The steel columns and beams are largely cutting by the concrete columns and beams.

So, I tried using Dynamo to change this order again Steel Elements(List A) cut Concrete Elements(List B).

I am using Elements. CutGeometry to determine Joinorder for components of the same Category like this. However nothing changes after running. Is there any other node I should use to do this?
