Hey guys. Currently I am working with making 2D sections drawings with details for concrete pouring phases. I am trying to create 3D views with annotations and 3D category tags instead of 2D section drawings. The problem I am facing is 3D annotations and measurements are not exporting with the IFC modell. Must be visable and compatible with Trimble Connect viewer. I have tried Autodesk Forums but users there are very inactive, thanks in advance!
So my questions are;
Anyone has experience with making 3D detailing manually through Revit or with Dynamo scripts?
Is it possible to somehow export 3D annotations with IFC model or even as 3D DWG format?
How far have I come, this is 3D DWG format I uploaded into Trimble Connect. As you see the tags are just hanging freely in air, and are not connected to the rebar/slab as intended.
This view I made inside Trimble Connect, thats what I am trying to get to but creating these details in Revit.
My goal is basically something I found online for Tekla Structures plugin for 3D export of annotations. Thats basically what I am trying to create but with Revit and viewable in Trimble Connect.
