Creating a Report of Elevation from offset Alignments

I have a problem. I created the This TRK-2 Alignment, Surface, Profile then offset.
When I want to extract the XYZ coordinate of 1 increment.

I use Alignment | Incremental Station Report and
Profile |Incremental Stationing Report

Here is the drawing file. If I can just get the elevation as per station at an increment by using Dynamo it is very helpful.
Maybe there is a bug in Civil3D offset reporting in this case. Because Track 1 have no problem this one is quite a trouble. I am using Civil 3D 2022 by the way.

Hi, Thank you very much for your reply.

My goal is to extract Coordinate points in an element or a alignment at 1 increment/interval.

Because I can’t complete the alignment in civil3D offset because of some bug.

May I know how can I utilize the information you have provided.
