Create wall types from excel sheet

Hi,
I have done as above flow graph but all wall type produced same structure layer thickness as the input one (eg structure layer has thickness / width is 100 then all of new wall type also have 100 in thickness of struture layer). Please advise, thanks.

You need to show your graph to obtain proper help.
There is probably an error in your list level inputs or you forgot the longest lacing on the custom node.

Hi,

Welcome to the Dynamo Forum.
Check the lacing on the Create Compound SystemFamilyType node. It should probably be the longest lacing.

The wall type l have managed to get created, however, the assignment of the material and thickness remains unchanged. Any thoughts?

check the material name and the spelling as well.

I had the same issue. Setting “NewName” and “Thickness” to @L1 fixed it for me:

Also check that you’re setting “LayerFunction” and “material” correctly.
