Create multiple Floor Plan views from Excel List and name them based on excel list

I’m working on the process of creating floor plan views from a list in excel and naming the floor plans from the same excel list. I saw a post in 2016 that solved this with a python script. I haven’t used python to be comfortable with the approach. Is there another solution or an explanation of how to use.
