I am having this roof which is likely a ring. I just want to ask if anyone has a idea how to create a curtain roof with the mullion grids go along with the circle radius like the attached image.

I believe that the massing tools in Revit will do this natively. No need trot Dynamo, and a good Dynamo solution will produce the same, so you will need to understand those tools.
Curtain roof grids cant orientate that way, inbuilt limitation. Conceptual massing/divided surfaces are your best bet.
