Create And logic view filter

I have created view filters with 2 conditions in multiple views using Revit dynamo in Revit 2023, but the filter conditions are using OR logic by default, but I want it to be AND logic.
I have used the “ParameterFilterElement.ByRules”.

It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help in this issue. Thank you in advance.

could that be the issue ?

you feed with values insteat of the parameter…
