Create a Spot Elevation at Floor plan by dynamo?

Hi,

I would like to create a Spot Elevation on a Floor plan with a dynamo.
The building is multi-storey so I thought to locate Spot Elevation according to the same locate for each floor.

I don’t ask about ready solution, I ask about, is it even possible?
Does anyone have any suggestions, what nodes to use, packages?

Yes, spot elevations are possible through Dynamo. Check out Clockwork, they happen to have a node for this:
