Coordinates of linked Project Base Point relative to host model

I’m working on a script that will get project base points of linked models (that’s the easy part) and translate their coordinate position to that of the host model. This is where I’m struggling. Here’s an image of the linked/host models. Notice how the PBP is 0,0,0 in the linked model but it’s location relative to the host model is 909487.29, 1050559.60 (manually using a spot coordinate). I assume I need to use a transform / translate node of some sort but I’m struggling with which one.

The GeniusLoci package may have some useful nodes

I’m not sure what exactly you need but some nodes are available in the Genius Loci package as @Marcel_Rijsmus wrote it :
