cone shaped floor

Hello everyone, I am a French beginner in dynamo
I have to make a floor of a clarifier in conical shape
I can’t manage to give a slope shape to a circular floor could you help me.
Thanks

Welcome to the community.

What have you tried so far? This seems more like a Revit question than a Dynamo question if you’re stuck on even the theoretical creation of this floor before even automating it. There are many ways to create and modify a floor. You need to focus on one that works for this scenario before looking to automate it.

EDIT MODERATION : TRANSLATION

Thank you very much, so indeed this task is entirely possible to achieve on revit however, this element being repetitive on many projects, to save time, a dynamo would be my only option. (Impossible to do it with the revit family because reservations must be placed there)

EDIT MODERATION : TRANSLATION

And to answer what I have already tried, I first tried to create a circular floor and modify the points which is impossible since it is a circle I think. Then I tried by creating a cone however the dynamo floor tool asks for a curve or polycurve. I tried to obtain curves from this cone, but I did not succeed.

welcome @kevin3 , the official language of the forum is English

You should be able to modify subelements with the SlabShapeEditor. You can use this to add a point and adjust its offset.

You can also create a model-in-place floor to get just about any shape you want.

Hello, I think if you go in a half circle and tickle Mr. Nick’s api given is related.

edit:
here is a track via node

remark (the offset must be entered in feet)

thank you for your help, however by running exactly the same dynamo, I do not get the same result.

Thank you, however I don’t understand the concept of API, how should I use the codes you have indicated ?

Hello, here is a version broken down into 3 sectors, it’s doable in 2 sectors (only one sector, I don’t know how to do), I’ll let you script if you want to change

The nodes would be easier if you’re not familiar with how to use the API.

Merci

The language of the forum is English for a universal side of the different countries, it must be respected (this makes several messages to send) have you used the dynamo player, I am on Revit 2023.1
(you can dissociate the group at the end)

edit: off topic dynamo

Hello
sorry, I thought a translation would appear because I had one for one of the previous messages. Yes I used the dynamo player.
The group is not created so I can not disocate it.
I have to use the dynamo player to create the group. The group is not created so I can’t disocate it.

thank you

Hello, if you try on dynamo
Are you in manual mode?
I don’t see the value of your DZ (yet you have a result in the following code block) and the filter is based on @L2 of the node remove if not
return information about your error messages
I attach partial graph after execution

edit: M. @Draxl_Andreas , you could try to see if the attached script works, thanks in advance

Yes, I am in manual mode. The DZ value is good the @L2 is good too, I don’t know why the lists are null.
Thanks for your help

It’s ok I found the mistake, it was just a type of floor that was flat but not changing. I still have to make the hole in the center that seems complicated.
Thank you very much for your help @sovitek @christian.stan
