Cogo point offset

Hi,
I want cogo points to be numbered horizontally (at station 0+000, the number should be 1,2,3 for -5,0,5m offset and so on), could you give suggestion on this…please find the images below

Use Dynamo’s ability to process lists to reduce nodes and then use list levels to modify the process order. This can (sometimes) be done to remove a Transpose node. I have also renumbered the points after creation as this was working more consistently for me

You could also use List.GroupByKey to group the COGO points by station, then List.SortByKey to sort them by offset.

Thank you Mike…Can you share dwg & dyn file ?

Thank you Jensen

Hi Jensen,

I tried implementing Mike’s process, however I couldn’t make it, so I am requesting the dwg & dyn file for the same, So that I can study it

The file is Align-7C.dwg in the Civil 3D Tutorial Drawings [C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2025\C3D\Help\Civil Tutorials\Drawings] and the full graph is shown in the workspace screenshot

Please read How to get help on the Dynamo forums
