Code block node has no editable area

Revit 2020.2, Dynamo 2.3
When insert code block node for the 1st time, there is no problem.
When I reopen the dyn, the code block node has no editable area, but other node is OK, as shown in the below

Then I open the dyn with Dynamo Core Runtime, it has no problem

Check for an add-in conflict, likely in CEF or similar core component, noted in your notifications dialog (the ! symbol on the right of the menus).

Thanks, looks like it conflict with 3rd-party plugins.
