After I install Dynamo 2.02 my code blocks in 1.3.4 no longer have any field in them. They are just grey boxes. I have had to uninstall both 2.02 and 1.3.4 then reinstall 1.3.4 to get the correct code block back. I will note that the code blocks work correctly in Revit 2019 just not in 2017 or 2018 and most of our projects are in 2017 and 2018. Any thoughts on what is going on here?
It seems to be tied to one of the addins we use, JOTools Filtermore and Transfersingle, if i remove those addins it works again, but it also works if 2.02 is not installed and the other addins are installed - I’m assuming there are competing files somewhere. If this isn’t the right place to ask about this please don’t hesitate to point me in the right direction, Thanks
It’s likely a conflict in a dependency in those add-ins. Identify which one by looking in your console or the Dynamo logs and then try to work with the company which made the add-in to see if it’s something they can address.
