This is Map 3D functionality and we do not have plans to add it to Dynamo for Civil 3D. Your next best bet is probably @Anton_Huizinga’s new package.

Here it is, the new package ‘The Civil Nodes’! [Logo-TheCivilNodes] This brand new package is only available for Dynamo for Civil 3D 2025.1 or higher! It adds over 850 nodes to the library with lots of helpful functionality. What it is: Basically it a continuation of the Arkance Systems Node Library.
