Civil 3D Surface areas from Dynamo

Hi All,

I am trying to get all the surface areas from a dwg.
I want to see the results in the Dynamo player.

I can go up to the step until I get the areas and surface names as two separate lists.
But I am struggling to combine them to show the surface name and area next to each other.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
