Thank you, This code working perfectly.
Now I am facing another problem. I have multiple crop views and need to update the grid bubble along with annotation crop offset. Is it possible to move all grid bubble to offset distance as shown in the image?

Yes…think datashapes and orchid have nodes for that, another way could probably control it in a scopebox…try a seach here on the forum, there are tons of post for that, good luck
