Change color of Underlay

Is it possible to change the color of an Underlay? ( I know the “place view on top of another view on sheet” trick.)
But we want to be able to change the color of an underlay for our Planners when they are doing complex space planning in a major renovation project setting, spanning multiple floors of an existing building.

What kind of underlay? Revit link or CAD link?

Revit underlay.

Yes it is possible.

  1. Select the elements you want to override.
  2. Use Rhythm’s Element.OverrideX on that selection. This overrides elements even if they are part of an underlay (which is also doable with standard revit by selecting individually).
