Blocks at COGO points

i have a point .csv file and i inserted in civil3d as a point file and created a group out of it. Point file contains coordinates of trees. I want to assign Multiview block to all these coordinates and scale them on insertion.

There are nodes for Multi-View Blocks in the Camber package starting in v4.0.0.
