BimorphNodes giving an empty list for linked element intersection with a native model element

Hi,
My script is trying to find the intersections between ducts and walls.
The ducts are in a linked file(mechanical) and the native file is architecture.
after running the script for identifying intersections using bimorphnodes the 2 lists that are provided are as below
The script identifies the walls which is from the native model but does not identify the ducts from a linked model and returns an empty list
New to dynamo, no clue on how to proceed with this.
any kind of help would be appreciated.

The linked model is centered internal origin to internal origin with the native model.

Are the ducts fabrication parts or design elements? This may be a limitation with bimorph working with fab parts (too early to tell).

Which version of Revit are you in? Which Dynamo build? Which version of BiMorph nodes? Can you post the files so others can look at them (I won’t be at my PC till Monday)

Its Revit 2026.
Dynamo 3.5.0
Bi morph Nodes 5.1.3
I tried using normal Revit Ducts but it isn’t working with them too.
