Automatic filling parameter using rooms

Hi all,

how can i find a way to fill a specific parameter for different element which exist in specific room

this parameter will be copied from room parameter

ex:
a (A) room has text parameter called (plz)
and i want this parameter to be filled to each element exist in that room
