Attach Structural Columns in different locations to upper Floor

Hello everyone, I am working on a compound with multiple units.i was wondering if it’s possible to attach the Structural columns in different locations to the corresponding upper Floor which does not necessarily have to be on a host level.
which is the case on the previous thread .
Attach columns to floor.
