Assign global parameters to wall base offset

HI everyone,

I am wondering if is it possible to assign by dynamo global parameters by finding it in list.

I want to make global parameters from dynamo and assign it to appropriate walls.

one step is to prefilter your walls based on a rule

I have this but now I am wondering how I can create a global parameter from base offsets saved in the list. Then assign it to base offset parameters if the values is correct.

i prepared globalparameters before and than i accosiate it! (unfortunaly revit collabsed)
