Assessing Revit Material Custom properties using Dynamo

Hello all,

I am quite new to Dynamo and I need your input on the following question.

I have added custom parameters to Wall materials in Revit, after which I created a Material takeoff and which shows the parameter I added. In this case, the last column of the table

My question is can I access this new parameter using Dynamo?
and If yes, how?
