Alternative to "Revit Section View At Line" from bakery?

Hello,

I am trying to place section views by line in Revit (for walls).
Unfortunately, the Bakery package does not work well with like 3 or 4 other packages so i am unable to install it.

Is there an alternative way to get the same function the node below provides? perhaps with python?
