Lights, Camera, Action! 4D Simulation ONLY with Dynamo and Revit. SCRIPT INCLUDED 
In this case, we focus on making a 4D construction simulation with Revit and Dynamo.
Using instance parameters, the demolition and building dates were established for each model element. The script reads all element parameters, sort them by date and hide/display the elements for each step of the simulation.
The script runs in periodic execution mode thanks to Danimo package (available to download at Dropbox - DanimoPackage.zip - Simplify your life 
) but also thanks to ClockWork and Genius Loci.
This workflow enables the linkage of schedule dates in Revit to bill of quantities or execution costs to track progress. Why would you spread information in other software when you can cluster all in Revit
