Is it possible to add time parameter to the families in the project and create the 4D of the project within revit, .

Possible: yes
Extremely painful: yes
Further to what andrew has indicated, this also may be easier to use already developed software by autodesk(navisworks manage) and utilise the nwc exporter from revit.
This all depends on the end goal.
Please could you explain very briefly, HOW?
I will add that the following is of use on how to get help on the forum.
Suggest asking the Revit forums as this isn’t a Dynamo specific question.
Short answer I’ll give here for now (but ask Revit forums for further info):
- Add project parameters to categories you want to schedule in 4D
- Populate element values with task/phase names as desired. There isn’t really a typical way to automate this step unless you know the rules in Revit by which a task lines up to an object, e.g. all pile families
- If you’re only using Revit, you can use View Filters and View Templates to hide all elements without a task value, as well as with a task that falls before or after the one you are focusing on
- You could also consider Navisworks timeliner. See below for a tutorial
Long story short, you need to add the necessary information to your model to support 4D sequencing. There is no shortcut.
