Wrong results reading image pixels (Version 1.0.0.1180)

I am trying to extract the Pixels values from a PNG image.
But I am having a similar RGB values, as you can see in this screenshot.
Is there is any other nodes/methods I can use to read the image pixels?
I am using the version: 1.0.0.1180
