Writing to Excel

first of all I would like you all a healthy, lucky and successful happy new year 2017.

I cannot assign the row and column number to “Excel.WriteToFile”.

I would like my Excel-sheet to look like this:

Instead I get something like this and no matter how I play around, I cannot manage to get the right result:
