all 4 sheets are created but only 2 views are placed
also non of those 4 views are already in a sheet

I think it’s because of that null
I am pretty sure the warning OP is getting is
Messages: Sheet.ByNameNumberTitleBlockAndView operation failed.
View 0 could not be packed on the Sheet. The sheet is 1.3779527559055118 x 0.9744094488188977 and the view to be added is 1.8855907675306733 x 1.364112421565977

If i am right then those two Views are to big to fit in you Title Block @abdelrahmanelfeky6.

idk whats wrong with that node as i tried it on another project and same result
then i used the sheet node that doesnt have the “view” input into create.viewport by rhythm and it worked
Did you get to check if this was maybe the issue?
Common result is good to know. What the specific warning is would be better to know.
