Hi, from the title you’re saying you want to write to a file but it looks like you’re using the Read node instead?
Does the file exist?
Do you have read permissions to it?
Is your version of excel compattible with dynamo?

What is the error? As noted above by @dineshsubramani you are feeding the word True when it expects a boolean value for true.
