@onehojoe I just updated to Revit 2025.4 on my laptop and tried Generative Design and faced similar issue as yourself. I deleted the following packages from C:\ProgramData\Dynamo\Dynamo Core\3.3\packages folder.
After this, I do not see the same issue with Generative design. I did test the Office layout sample and created a study to create 100+ alternatives and see no issue.
