so I get categories, family types and family instances not element types.
What is element types in dynamo means in revit?

Thanks. Element types are mostly connected to system families in Revit.

Correct. Families and Family Types refer to loadable families. Element Types refers to system and other non-loadable type objects.

The Element Types node is a dropdown list, so it will show you everything that’s available.
