Wall Layer Reference getting Core layer when Int or Ext selected

Hi

Im trying to make a script that auto dim’s wall exterior edges and windows on a plan view but the wall layer reference node in genius loci package seems to take a core layer even when core is left unused

Does anyone know why I am having issues getting it to only select the ext layer? I’ve tried the solution when it comes to flipping/checking for flipped walls but im getting out of character results

Automatic Dimension Walls

To be able to dimension openings in walls you have to do some filtering. First you need to take the vertical faces of the wall which you can do with Surface.FilterByOrientation from Clockworks package: [image] Then you need the faces that are perpendicular to the dimension line.
