Using Dynaweb to Download and Publish Models

I see Dynaweb can be used to upload files to BIM 360, but what about download?

I would like to use Dynaweb to download and detach BIM 360 models.

Is this possible?

Also, can i use Dynaweb to Publish model content to BIM 360?
