Trim line to clear dimension

I’m newb at dynmo (just 2days ongoing)

I wondered, how can i trim this red line to clear dimesion. (not parameter percentage 0.2,0.3 (x)

I found the ways whole the time. i couldn’t. plz help me ㅠㅠ

Hi @msmyeong and welcome, not sure what you are after, do you want to shorten your line by a specific value equal to the red line? If yes, Curve.PointAtSegmentLength would give you the exact value by point on that line, then Line.ByStartPointEndPoint would give the dimension line you want.
