Title blocks - two parameters the same?

I’m confused - pls help!

I’ve collected my title blocks and want to find the names of the title blocks…

For some reason both “Family” and “Type” return the exact same information. How come?

Nothing weird, family name and type name can be the same (by default the first type of a family as the same name)

While families and types can have the same name, this is not what’s happening here. You can see that both elements have the same Id. For certain objects (I believe system families), the family parameter contains certain family information, but returns the familytype element.
