Tag element in Section view

I creat tag for element in floor plan view by node “Tag.byElement” very ok
but Run o section view tag alway under not beside structure Framing element

Please explain to me

Try using Vector.ByCoordinates(0,0,1000) as the offset value, and set the offset input to True.

If use Vector.ByCoordinates(0,0,1000) is all offset 1000 but not beside element
