Swap Wall Types from imported schedule

Hello,

Please help.

I’m trying to swap wall types from a schedule.
Find existing walls (Column B)
Swap with new types - if available (Column D)

Its reporting Null.

See image, swap the pink walls that have found a type to swap with and ignore the blue walls as there is no new type to swap with.
