I wrote down a dynamo script to put supports on all pipes in my model but the problem is that the reference level for all supports disappear here is a picture for normal support and another for support by dynamo

You have assigned the pipes without specifying the “Level Reference”. You probably used the “FamilyInstanceByPoint” node.
Please try with “FamilyInstance.ByPointandLevel”.
