Sum of list calculation help when one of the lists may be empty

I’m trying to calculate the sum of embodied carbon for different categories. This works fine using the method seen in the image below when all the lists have an item with a value within them, but when the lists are empty (e.g no steel beams in the model) the sum calculation gets an error. What is the best way to fix this so that when a list is empty, it equals zero so the math works?
