Hey there,
I tried to explore the space analysis package recently to help create a design process to reduce sound, but I get a warning at the “SoundField.BySpaceLatticeAndSoundSystem” and I’m not able to run the script.
What I have done.
- Gathered elements such as walls, floor slab, windows roof that would be a major barriers.
- Selected a section plane from the model.
- Intersected the section plane and the element geometry to retrieve a section profile made of curves.
- Shifted the curves/lines to the xy axis as the package deals with 2d analysis.
- Create a sound source point and a sound receiving point.
- Followed a video on youtube regarding space analysis. Space analysis reference video.
Please If someone point out of help with what’s goin wrong.
I am using Revit basic sample project as main rvt file.
