you can build your own element upon this one, but you need to obtain a point from the top and connect with the points laying on the way down, so you can create your own curve that will be used for creating a solid. As i see your element has circle form. Therefore, as shown in the attached screenshot you can get your new element created through rotating.
Amigo @BIM1 if your polycurves are closed curves they can function as CrossSections and normally Solid.ByLoft or Surface.ByLoft They should work for the task, I hope this helps you!
