I’m looking to get the pipe to automatically size itself depending on the number of units it’s responsible for. How would I go about this? My main hang-up is getting the pipe to read what fixtures they are connected to.

Revit can already calculate the connected fixture units in a pipe. You just need everything connected properly and with the right calculations on.
It can if you are from America… Other countries need work arounds
