Show Grids as Planes

I’m trying to make a little Dynamo Graph which will show my Levels and Grids as planes in Revit. I have successfully got the Levels to work thanks to this forum but am having a hard time with the Grids. I would like to project a plane in the Z direction from the Grid, preferably to the height of the Grid extents. See below, any help is appreciated.

PreviewGridsin3D Here is something I put together to preview grids in 3d, while dynamo was running.

PreviewGridsin3D throws an error. Error: Custom node definition is not loaded!

The associated .dyf file will have to be provided for the definition to work.
