my question is that … should i learnd Dynamo to use React - link Revit with React ?
Yes, and no! 
yes, because of the way dynamo can parametrize and drive complex geometry and no because we should’t be limited to use dynamo to transfer geometry from Revit. That’s my thoughts anyways.
As of now, seems like the answer is Yes
According to a discussion on the React Structures User Forum titled ‘Link Revit’, the functionality is not yet present in TP3
