this graph create sheets and one view per sheet ,
the issue is that the view is not located at center of title block ,
any idea to fix that?

Take a look at the Rhythm package.
John’s Nodes for creating sheets and placing viewports on a defined location are my defaults when I need to make these kinds of scripts.
If you want to stick with the OOTB nodes, then after you’ve done the above, query the Sheets, get the Viewports, get their location, get the desired location, create a vector between the two and translate the viewport.
