Settings menu

Morning - I have been learning through the office hours videos (very helpful) and happened to notice a “Settings” menu at the top. Strangely enough I can’t seem to find it and some of the commands there seemed useful. I am currently using Dynamo 4.0.1 in C3D 2027.

Any suggestions? or was this removed?

Things have slowly migrated into the Preferences window, found in the Dynamo menu. Some of them are in the General tab, some in Features, some in Visual Settings, etc..

Thanks - makes sense - the one command in particular is “Show Run Preview”. I am unable to find a location to turn it on/off - can I assume it’s just on default?

FYI - thanks for the office hours videos - I have learned a lot and have rewatched when needed.

General tab > run settings section >toggle should be at the bottom of that section.
