Can I gather information from linked files (yes!)
Then edit that information and push it back into the linked files (???) It would be a big time saver if possible
My initial thought is you would have to store that information in a n excel file or something similar. (Depending on what it is) Then open the linked file separate and run a graph to pull it in. Since Revit doesn’t support us making changes in a link through the typical GUI I don’t think it is necessarily possible in Dynamo.
I may be wrong though…
Thanks John, I was thinking it was’t straight forward or possible but I had to ask.
That’s exactly what I am about to do, push the information out from the main file then opening each link and push it from there using their ID’s.
